For Tebex reviewers

Everything a review needs, in one place

Appealy is an open-source Discord bot that runs applications, ban appeals and tickets for a Discord server, licensed under the AGPL-3.0. This page exists so a Tebex reviewer does not have to assemble the same five facts from four different pages: what is sold, what it costs, the terms, the privacy policy, and how refunds work.

What is sold

A digital service — a hosted instance of the Discord bot — not a physical good and not an in-game item. There are two annual throughput plans and a per-unit builder for setting custom throughput, plus a separate annual add-on for a dedicated hosted instance. Every offering is a subscription priced and renewed annually; there are no consumables and no loot boxes. Full detail, including exactly what each tier raises, is on the pricing page.

What it costs

The two throughput plans, the per-unit custom builder, and the price of dedicated hosting are all on the pricing page — not repeated here, because this page should never be able to disagree with shared/schema/pricing.ts, the source those figures are generated from.

Terms

The full Terms of Service cover licensing, acceptable use, annual billing, platform bans and their appeal path, and what is not warranted.

Privacy

The privacy page lists everything the hosted service stores, why, and for how long, plus every third party involved — including what Tebex itself receives as the merchant of record. Nothing collected is sold, and there is no analytics or telemetry.

Refunds

Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase, no reason required, requested through Tebex since Tebex is the merchant of record and took the payment. The full policy, including what happens to a server’s data when a plan is refunded, is stated in the Terms of Service.
